Minutes for the Potsdam Food Co-op Board Meeting

March 5, 2016

9 AM

 

  1. Call to Order

    • A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Potsdam Food Co-Op was held on Saturday, March 9, 2016, at Robin McClellan’s house, the President being in the chair and the Secretary being present.

  2. Attendees

    • Voting members in attendance included Laura Cordts, Rajiv Narula, Maggie McKenna, Pamela Maurer , Abby Lee, Erica LaFountain, Joseph Andriano, Marie Richards, Robin McClellan,

    • Members not in attendance included Tim Messner, Eric Ochranek, Samantha DaGrossa

    • The General Manager, Eric Jesner, was present.

    • Guests in attendance included Stefan Grimberg

  3. Election of Officers

    • Abby Lee (Rajiv Narula second) moved that the following slate of officers be elected: Laura Cordts (President), Joseph Andriano (Vice President), Erica LaFountain (Secretary), Robin McClellan (Treasurer). No additional nominations were made from the floor. The motion passed.

  4. Adjournment

    • The special meeting adjourned and the retreat began.
